Roof replacement after a hail damage insurance claim

Storm & hail damage

Roof Insurance Claim Help

We guide Southaven and Memphis-area homeowners through storm and hail damage claims for full roof replacement.

Hail and severe storms are common across North Mississippi and West Tennessee, especially in spring. Damage isn't always visible from the ground, but it can shorten your roof's life by years. If your roof was damaged, your homeowner's insurance may cover a full roof replacement.

Custom Remodeling LLC has helped homeowners through this process since 2009. We're local, we're easy to reach, and we'll tell you the truth about whether your roof has claim-worthy damage. See our insurance claim roofing service page and our guide on filing a hail damage claim.

Insurance claim FAQ

Does homeowner's insurance cover hail damage?

Most homeowner's policies in Mississippi and Tennessee cover sudden hail and wind damage, but coverage and deductibles vary. Check your policy or ask your agent.

Will filing a claim raise my rates?

That depends on your insurer and policy. We recommend asking your agent. A free inspection first helps you decide whether a claim makes sense.

Do you waive deductibles?

No. Your deductible is your responsibility under your policy, and waiving it is not something we do.

How long does the process take?

From inspection to approval usually takes a few weeks depending on your insurer. The roof replacement itself typically takes one to two days.

Do you help Spanish-speaking homeowners?

Yes — se habla español. We can explain each step of the claim in Spanish.
